RESIDENTIAL PHOTOGRAPHY
This photography is for non-commercial residences. This may include houses, apartments, condos, and town homes that are about to be listed for sale or lease. Our pricing is based on a typical listing contract of four to six months. Our clients pay us for the right to use our images during the marketing period.

COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY
Commercial Photography can mean a lot of different things at Better Angle Media. For us, commercial photography can be portfolios for Designers, Stagers, Builders, Architects, etc. It can also be images used for very large marketing projects for realtors. Call us to discuss further!

DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY
We have FAA licensed UAV pilots on our team that legally photograph and video all types of projects. The images and video produced are spectacular. This can add a dynamic vantage point and capture that perfect angle for any photography need.

VIRTUAL TOUR / YOUTUBE SLIDESHOW
​This is a NTREIS compliant "pan and zoom" slide show of the property images with graphics and music. It comes branded and unbranded with analytics and a Youtube Video.
VIRTUAL STAGING
Skip the time and hassle of staging your property by allowing our team to digitally stage your property, giving your listing a complete and professional look.

FAUX TWILIGHT EFFECT
This photoshop effect takes your photos shot in the daylight and gives them a beautiful and authentic dusk / sunset appearance. ​ We can make this effect work in all situations, but it tends to work best on days it is cloudy and overcast.

TWILIGHT SHOOT
Twilight shoots happen during the dusk hour and gives your images that magical lighting look. This golden hour shoot is essentially an after hours photography fee. This can be added on to most packages Monday thru Thursday.
WEEKEND SHOOT
Our photographers typically work Monday through Friday. We are willing to accommodate our clients if their sellers need a weekend appointment. We do charge extra for this as it is considered overtime for our photographers. These appointments are limited, so please reach out to us before ordering to make sure that we are not already booked for the weekend day and time that you are wanting to schedule.
HEADSHOTS
Our headshot packages are perfect for those professionals looking to update their online image. They are often used for marketing material, websites, LinkedIn profiles, and so much more. ​ If you are a first-time realtor, ask about our New Realtor discount!

This is a 30 second realtor branded CUSTOM pan and zoom video slide show with motion graphics and music. It is for agent and new listing promotion and is perfect for Social Media.
MUSIC WALKTHROUGH VIDEO
A one take walkthrough of house layout with music and minimum graphics; non-branded
"AGENT GUIDED" ONE-TAKE VIDEO WALKTHROUGH
Agent will be on camera promoting the property as if they are with a prospective buyer.
AERIAL VIDEO WITH GRAPHICS & MUSIC
Drone footage displaying aerial views of the property -- up to 1 minute
AGENT PROMOTED MARKETING VIDEO
Agent will be on camera promoting the highlights of the property (1 1/2 to 2 minutes in length).
PROPERTY WALKTHROUGH WITH PROFESSIONAL VOICEOVER
This video is similar to the Agent Promoted Marketing Video, but is intended for those who choose not to be in the video. We have a professional voice actor record the dialogue based on the script that is provided by the realtor.
