Our standard booking hours are from 10 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of a 48 hour notice. However, we try and be as flexible as possible. In addition to our standard booking hours, we also offer "twilight" shoots along with weekend options for an extra charge. We do our best to be flexible, so if you need a photographer on short-notice or outside our standard booking times, contact us and we will be happy to try and meet your needs!

We sure are! We offer a "Twilight" add-on for $69. This add-on is in conjunction with the photography package ordered and can be requested online. Twilight photography is offered Monday through Thursday and is by appointment only. Order your shoot now or contact us to book your Twilight time-slot today!

If you need to cancel, we require you to contact us via the website, by email or by phone at least 24 hours in advance. You may reschedule as long as it is not the same day of the appointment. *Same day cancellations will result in a $50 fee deducted from the refund. **Same day rescheduling may result in a $50 reschedule fee that must be paid through our ordering system before the reschedule will be reserved.

We concentrate our efforts in the Greater DFW Metro Area (specifically Dallas, Collin, Tarrant, Rockwall, and Denton counties) so that we can provide superior service to our clients. We will go outside fo these counties for an additional fee / trip charge. Please visit our Online Ordering page for specific pricing.

We promise to deliver MLS images within 24 hours of shoot completion. MLS images for weekend shoots are delivered by the following Monday morning.

Our clients receive an email from us with a direct link to their media.

Better Angle Media owns all media. Our realtor clients pay for the temporary right to use the media as described in their order while their listing is actively marketed or until sold. It is important that the soon to be owner of the media usage rights complete the online order form. Our usage agreement is with the party to whom the name and email is on the completed form. We will be glad to grant permanent usage rights for WEB and promotional purposes, or ownership rights for an additional fee. Please contact us for details.

This is against Better Angle Media usage rights and not allowed. You can provide your seller, stager, or builder our contact information and we will be glad to discuss options with them.

Of course! We will send you a folder with the images already sized for the WEB and tagged with our logo. We do ask for you to tag us on Facebook and we will tag you back! @betteranglemedia #betteranglemedia #win

1) United States copyright laws protect our intellectual property rights. 2) We will ask you to do one of three things; - Ask the user to remove the images from the source of the violation. - Ask the user to pay for either temporary or permanent usage rights. - Ask the user to credit Better Angle Media “Images provided by BetterAngleMedia.com” in the article or below each image. ______________________________________________ Refusing to comply will force us to seek legal action against the unauthorized user for copyright infringement.

Our photographers are not stagers. We will pick up small clutter (based on the discretion of Better Angle Media) if it detracts from the photograph. If our photographer arrives and the property is not "Photo Ready" the client will be charged a reschedule fee of $50. Please print or download our Pre-Shoot Checklist to give to your clients.

We have multiple FAA licensed drone pilots. Flight restrictions may apply depending on the requested location. Please contact us with the property address before ordering if your property is within five miles of any airport.

We sure can! This is an add-on option at the time of booking or you can always add it later.

Yes...and no. From an editing standpoint, our team can remove almost anything from an image. However, The Board of Realtors does not allow us to edit or remove anything that is permanent in nature. Please contact us to discuss your needs. Additional fees may apply.

No. The images are not yours to sell. We grant you the right to use the images for marketing purposes when you order a shoot from us. We will, with your permission, re-license the images to another realtor for a small fee.
