A QUICK CHECK-LIST TO ENSURE YOUR PROJECT GOES SMOOTH

PRE-SHOOT CHECKLIST
We have prepared this checklist to help guarantee great photographs of your client’s property. We typically photograph every room in the client’s home.
Please ask your client to follow these steps at least one day prior to the scheduled appointment for photographing your client’s home. Following these steps will ensure that our photoshoot goes smoothly and without delay.

Manicure the yard.

Remove all kitchen-cleaning supplies (soaps, brushes, etc.) from sinks and countertops.

Stowaway pool toys (rafts, floats, etc.)

Remove all personally identifiable objects. We shoot high definition images.

Hide pet accessories (water/ food bowls, litter boxes, toys, etc.)

Clean and stage the home. Hide the clutter (less is best).

Remove all yard clutter.

Remove all personal toiletries (soaps, shampoos, makeup, etc.) from bathroom tubs, showers, and countertops.

Remove & store pool sweep if possible.

Kennel pets out of sight or be available to move them when we are at your client’s home shooting photography or video.

Remove all vehicles from driveways and the front of the home.

Replace burned out light bulbs
